Koontz Corporation To Build Its Fourteenth Multi-Family Property
(SAN ANTONIO, TX) – Koontz Corporation announced today it will be building its fourteenth multi-family property. The newest addition to Koontz Corporation’s portfolio will be located in New Braunfels, Texas. Lakeview Villas Apartment Homes will be a 313-unit Class “A” community located at the intersection of Sundance Parkway and FM 306 – near The Villas at Sundance, a community built by Koontz Corporation in 2012. The property will be situated on a pristine 14.59–acre tract within the Sundance Park development near the Gruene Historic District, one of the state’s most popular tourist destinations.
The nine, 3-story buildings will have a garden design with stone and stucco exterior. Residents can enjoy a luxurious resident entertainment room, which will be at the center of the property, surrounded by a resort-style pool and lush landscaping. Community amenities include a dual-sided grand outdoor fireplace, outdoor kitchen with gas grills, lakeside walking and jogging trails, covered and private garage parking, and limited-access gate entry.
Individual unit amenities include beautiful lake views, granite slab countertops, stainless-steel appliances, island kitchen, washer and dryer, nine-foot ceilings, and private patios.
One- and two-bedroom units will be available ranging from 653 square feet to 1,239 square feet. Rents will range from $960 to $1,495 per month. Groundbreaking is scheduled for July with a completion date of March 2018.
