Koontz Corporation, in San Antonio, Texas is a very diverse and experienced commercial real estate development and construction company. We have developed major projects throughout both primary and secondary cities within the entire state of Texas.
Our breadth of experience ranges from luxury Class “A” office buildings, medical and value office buildings, retail, industrial, multifamily, condominium projects and land development.
Office development represents a significant segment of our business with over 1 million square feet of office and medical office properties delivered to date. Even more significant is our multifamily residential group with some 6,000 residential units totaling approximately 5.2 million square feet developed. Our multifamily projects have included both rental and for sale properties with product types ranging from traditional Class “A” Garden Style apartments to Urban Mid-rise to Luxury High-rise developments. The Company’s integrated construction group provides pre-construction, general contracting, and construction management services for all of the Company’s multifamily developments.

With over 16 years of experience having been one of San Antonio’s largest general contractors, Koontz Construction has delivered over 9 million square feet of commercial real estate projects ranging in size from $1 million up to $90 million representing a broad range of product types including office, medical office, multifamily, industrial, and retail. Drawing on this rich and diverse expertise, our seasoned personnel provide the critical insight, proven construction management, and quality control systems necessary to assure that all of our development projects are completed on budget, on time, and to the standard of excellence we expect in our projects.
