PROJECT DETAILS

This project is located in the 328-acre mixed-use La Frontera development in Round Rock, Texas, at Interstate 35 and State Highway 45. The first of two planned office buildings, the project is a two-story, tilt-wall with efficient 43,000-square-feet floor plates. Completed in 2001, the project was sold in 2006.
