PROJECT DETAILS

Koontz Corporation served as general contractor for this extensive conversion project. The 217,000-square-foot warehouse was converted into a state-of-the-art telecommunications facility. Much of the project dealt with the installation of sophisticated fire suppression, cooling and power generation equipment.
