PROJECT DETAILS

Koontz Construction built these two 160,849 square foot, 4-story tilt-wall office buildings on a 54-acre site in Austin. The contemporary design features cast textured concrete and glass exteriors with limestone accents. Interior elements of each building include an impressive two-story atrium lobby with an open monumental staircase. A second floor landing overlooks the main lobby below which is accented with French limestone flooring and exotic wood paneling. The site consists of two wings fully independent of each other and includes a 1,500 car parking garage. Built with large, column free floor plates that were designed for maximum efficiency and flexibility, Encino Trace achieved a three-star rating from the Green Builder Program of Austin Energy.
