PROJECT DETAILS
The ASC II, located in the City of Live Oak, Texas, is a 122,543 square foot expansion to the corporate headquarters for Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union.

The building is tilt-wall concrete with a structural steel superstructure. At the time, the four story, 75 foot tall tilt-wall panels were the largest to be erected in the State of Texas. Bracing requirements necessitated a top-down construction sequence, opposite of most buildings of this magnitude. Interior finishes include terrazzo floors, extensive millwork, and highly patterned carpeting and vinyl flooring.

Additionally, the project included a two story connection to the existing ASC I which housed an auditorium and museum. The 300 seat auditorium had a suspended sloped floor, focused on a sixteen foot rear projection screen. The museum, know as The Cuseum (Credit Union Museum) was an interactive display of the history of Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union.

The project also included a five story, 450 car precast parking garage erected adjacent to the existing parking structure and the new ASC II building.
